Adapting to life after having COVID can be tough. Whether you or a loved one have been hospitalised or made ill by the virus, there are many difficult feelings you may be coming up against post-recovery. We have developed four video support paths for you to explore. Each path includes access to a suite of videos tailored to your situation, and shares techniques you can use for coping with your recovery journey and beyond. You can find them below.

During the COVID-19 pandemic you may be worried about breathlessness that comes as a result of panic. This support path will help you understand the panic or anxiety you may be facing, and how you can learn to manage the symptoms that come with them.
